Soy-Glazed Meatball Noodles

Mix ground beef with half the garlic and ginger.

Form small meatballs and cook until browned.

Boil egg noodles until tender and drain.

Simmer soy sauce, honey, remaining garlic, and ginger.

Add meatballs to the sauce and glaze until sticky.

Toss noodles with sesame oil.

Serve meatballs over noodles.

Spoon extra glaze on top.

Garnish with green onions and chili slices.
