Savory Spinach Puff Pastry Rolls

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Sauté spinach and garlic in olive oil until wilted.

Season with salt and pepper.

Unroll puff pastry onto a flat surface.

Spread spinach evenly over the pastry.

Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.

Roll pastry into a tight log.

Slice into 1-inch rounds.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden.

Cool slightly and serve warm.
