Pineapple Glazed Chicken

Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.

Marinate chicken in the mixture for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned and cooked through.

Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the remaining marinade.
