Peach Honey Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix crumbs and melted butter.

Press into a pan to form crust.

Bake crust for 8 minutes and cool.

Cook peaches with sugar and lemon until soft.

Beat cream cheese and honey until smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.

Pour filling over crust.

Bake for 50 minutes until set.

Cool and top with peaches and honey drizzle.
