Mixed Berry Compote Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix crumbs and melted butter.

Press mixture into a pan to form crust.

Bake crust for 8 minutes and cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.

Pour filling over crust.

Bake for 45 minutes until set.

Simmer berries with sugar and lemon into compote.

Cool cheesecake and top with compote.
