Marble Cheesecake

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix crumbs, butter, and salt, then press into a pan.

Bake crust for 10 minutes and cool.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream, then mix gently.

Pour most batter over crust.

Stir melted chocolate into remaining batter.

Swirl chocolate batter into cheesecake.

Bake for 50 minutes until set.

Chill for 4 hours before slicing.
