Hearty Pork & Potato Stew

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Brown pork on all sides and remove from pot.

Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.

Stir in tomato paste and paprika.

Add pork, potatoes, and broth.

Simmer until pork is tender and potatoes are soft.

Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley before serving.
