Crispy Paprika Chicken Tenders

Mix the breadcrumbs and spices (paprika, garlic and onion powder, brown sugar, salt, cumin, chili) together in a small bowl.

Beat eggs in a shallow bowl.

Dip the raw chicken in the beaten eggs, then coat the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb spice mix.

Heat oil in a pan or preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Cook chicken until golden and crispy, about 6–8 minutes per side or 10–12 minutes air-fried.

Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
