Crab Cakes

Combine the crab meat, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, and Old Bay in a bowl.

Mix gently until combined.

Form the mixture into 8 patties.

Coat the patties with the remaining breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the crab cakes for 4 minutes per side.

Cook until golden brown and heated through.

Transfer to a serving plate.

Serve with the tartar sauce.
