Classic Peach Pie

Preheat oven to 425°F and place crust in dish.

Peel, pit, and slice peaches evenly.

Mix peaches with sugars, flour, spices, and lemon juice.

Let filling rest 5 minutes to release juices.

Pour filling into crust evenly.

Top with second crust and crimp edges.

Cut vents in top crust.

Bake 45–50 minutes until golden.

Cool 3 hours before slicing.
